is like opening a faucet, watching the water rush out. I finally met my old blockmate, Janrose, today at Metrotown. We talked about family, driving lessons, classes, complaining customers, glitches in the machines, drinking and smoking, Harry Potter, Boracay, crushes, long-distance love stories, other people's marriages, and how our siblings surprise us.
We ate mozarella sticks at Burger King, and parted ways soon after. It was something I needed, a familiar face, a friend, in this lonely place. Until next time...
